Resident was called several times from across the library grounds.

No response was received.

Auditory equipment appeared to be functioning normally.

Assessment
Further investigation suggests this was not a communications failure.

Resident simply declined to participate.

Attempts were made to gain Soup’s attention during an afternoon perimeter inspection.

Her ears moved.

This has been entered into evidence.

Despite clear confirmation that the message had been received, Resident maintained her position and continued facing the opposite direction.

Management has concluded that additional attempts would only encourage her.
