Library Dispatch #32 The Fog Watcher
Observation:
Resident was discovered conducting early morning surveillance from the library perimeter. Fog conditions were noted to be unusually dramatic. Resident appeared to be monitoring the situation.
Assessment:
The investigation remains unclear.
It is unknown whether Resident was guarding the library, investigating suspicious activity, or simply enjoying the opportunity to look mysterious.
All three possibilities remain likely.
Incident Report:
At approximately the first light, Soup assumed her position on the railing and entered observation mode.
No threats were identified. No explanation was provided. The fog, however, was extremely cooperative.
